Urban renewal transformation and it?s effects on the community

Social- economical developments and transformation is dealt with in Turkey as well as Europe. Urban renewal transformation will be achieved one of the transformation factors that people who has been living in cities. In this study is concerned with the defination of urban renewal transformation concepts. The main comporison of urban renewal transformation in Europe is proved in this section. It is proved that urban renewal practice in Turkey can?t be arrenged such as in European countries. In this study has been examined both urban and urbanization events with urban renewal transformation and its effects. There has been both similarities and differences in Turkey and Europen countries. The comprarisons in Europe is partly copied and interfered social ?cultural structure in Turkey. Most governments in Europe have found it necessary to process the urban renewal and housing rehabilition and many countries have implemented special renewal programmes for deprived urban neighbourhoods. Urban renewal in Europen countries appeared to be very different. Every country has its own way of understanding this policy area and the kinds of problems. So an important cause of differences between countries is that general uncertainity has existed among policy makers.
