Abstract (EN)

The topic of Burhan-ı Tamanu' has ben discussed and tackled since early period of kalam. The root of this proof backs to 22. verse of Soorah of Anbiya and it signs that there is no God but Allah. There is a discussion about the indication of verse. Some claim that this verse indicates "the oneness of God" in the way of certainty and others say it indicates the "oneness of God" in the way of convince. The scholars explained their different thesises under the title who are the verse addressing, whether the indication of utterance (lafz) is being through phrase or signal and whether it is burhan-î or convincingly. They made a detailed investigation on the burhan-ı tamanu' to find an answer for if there was a God other than Allah or whether a chaos would really happen or not and would the World never occur in a such case. This study initially gives a short summary of conceptual framework and the life of Abdullateef al-Kirmânî, the science and political situation of his time are touched. This scholar who is subject of our study and since strongly critisize Taftâzânî and charge him with apostate, it made it necessary for us to examine his life and the geography in which he gained his knowledge. After his critisizing discussion amoung scholars continud flaring up. In the second part we expressed our opinion on burhan-ı tamanu' then the views of all schoolars included in polemic after Kirmânî charged Taftâzânî with apostate are given. These views were classified into those who accept and not accept the burhan-ı tamanu' proof. After this classification the views of Kirmânî in his work and his view on burhan-ı tamanu' were mentioned. In the third part, the tractate which written for Taftâzânî as refutation were given with its orginal arabic text and turkish translation.
