In this study, the relationship between interpersonal conflict and knowledge sharing is discussed. In first chapter, problem and hypotheses are defined. In second part, definition of interpersonal conflict and conflict approaches are discussed. Also, types and causes of conflict are explored. In the third chapter, the definition of knowledge, its types, and information sharing are discussed. The universe of the research consists of teachers who work at schools of Ministry of Education in the district of Sultangazi on the European side of Istanbul in the academic year 2015-2016. In this research, "interpersonal conflict Scale (ICAWS)" developed by Paul E. SPECTOR and Steve M. JEX, "The Scale of knowledge sharing" developed by Meltem Dil ŞAHIN are used.
