The crime of deprivation of liberty in Turkish penal code

In this thesis, the crime of deprivation of liberty is examined in the context of the provisions regulated in Article 109 of the TCC. The study consists of four parts, excluding the introduction part. In the second chapter, the concept of freedom and general information about crime are analyzed conceptually. In the third chapter, the elements of this crime are examined. In the fourth chapter, all the qualified situations in the legal regulation of the crime were evaluated together with different opinions. In this section, the special appearance of the crime, investigation and sanction provisions are examined. In the conclusion chapter, the frame of this crime is drawn in general with all the data obtained.
