Abstract (EN)
In this study titled "The Crime To Deprive Person From Liberty", it has been aimed to reveal the scope of the crimes set out in the Articles 109 and 110 of the Turkish Penal Code. The structural features of this crime and its relationship with other crimes have been examined. In addition, it has been tried to bring light on controversial points regarding the theoretical and practice issues.
