A comprehensive research on determination of behavior of occupational health and safety of workers in sme and large scale manufacturing industry

In this thesis, behaviour of occupational health and safety of workers in SME and large scale manufacturing industry were determined. Today, there are many researches such as occupational health and safety laws, how to ensure occupational health and safety in different sectors and jobs, and how to provide educations to employees in this sector and jobs. However, despite all these studies, it is not known that adaptation of employees to occupational health and safety, their perspectives and attitudes during the work. For this reason, to understand the subject, occupational health and safety in SME and large scale manufacturing industry and risk perception and behaviour of workers are researched detailed in the thesis. Also in order to understand the perceptions and behaviours of the employees regarding the safety culture, a survey was conducted on the employees and the survey results were examined in detail.
