Management theories for SMEA's and management models analyses for Bartın SMEA's

In this thesis, SMEA conception and how it was defined, was explained. Then standards and differences of SMEA definition foreign countries, was described. After that, management and organization theories were described according to their historical development. By questionnaire results Bartin and Zonguldak?s SMEA?s weak side were checked and then a suitable management model was tried to build for removing this sides. At the final section research analyses was made through the new model, for consolidating Bartın SMEA?s. Key Words : Management and Organization Model, SMEA, Management.
