The effect of leadership on the success of SME's: An analyze on the SME's in Burdur Bucak

Management is a concept in which historically all the organized societies has been interested. Nowadays, it is also considered as an important phenomenon. Human being has always an effort to reach a target to which it is not reachable individually. In that context, the administration as to reach to some targets and leaderships associated with this later are very important facts. Every business and administration has their own hierarchical levels. The more important fact for business is that these firms have to hire highly qualified managers capable to manage the employees. Including these qualifications the most important are forecasting performance, capability of getting ready the business to the future, and having vision.In the first part of the study, we are describing the leadership, and its conceptual framework, as well as its types, functions and characteristics.
