Abstract (EN)

On of the obligatory labors that must be done for Turkey's integration to worldwide economy is to look over the economy policies related to SMEs, then develop policies and new strategies under the light of developments on worldwide economy. These businesses, that create a huge part of the economy, through gaining dynamism and a competitive dimension to the economy consitute the basic dynamism of Turkish economy, with their such important functions like increasing the strenght of market mechanism, providing the sustainable development, employment creation eliminating the local socio-economic imbalance and spreading the development over the people. In today 's economy, the majority of enterprises are SMEs and their contribution to the economy is not to be underestimated. For economic development, it is necessary to help the development of SMEs leading to entrepreneurship. Low performance and low product quality are the conditions that prevent SMEs from opening to new markets. Problems in exports may prevent SMEs from exporting. In this case, it will be in the interest of SMEs to identify basic problems and to take effective and constructive measures. Keywords: SME, Foreign Trade, SME Supports, SMEs Export Problems
