Abstract (EN)
SMEs that have greet importance for almost every country, contribute to employment, their being suitable for tecnological developments and flexible edifice makes them unceaseable. As SMEs are scattered to every part of the country they spread economical development equally. As SMEs lives ar efor 13 years and also 84 of every 100 company aren't turned over 2nd generation shows that SMEs have problems in the management area In the result that have gathered, it's seen that SME managers, at the same time, have company and their education status are insufficient.This situation shows that SMEs aren't managed professonally, SMEs have adopted management that have based on traditionel experience. In addition, it's highlighted that SMEs make their plans for short term and they have difficulties in turning are the authority It seen that these is a meaningful difference between age of the worker, education status title , number, decision part of the company and the management and organisation problems. In the regression model that's set, organisation and management problems of the firm effects, planning, organisation, human resource, checking, making decision, turning over the authority and problems of education activities. It's seen that regression model can explain % 87 of variation over the problems management and organisation. Key words: SME, Management and Organization, TRB-1
