Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, commercial credits are very important that the growth of SMEs, Which have a large preliminary importance to the development of the country's economy. By this study, it was aimed that, what the effects of bank functions have effect on SME client and how these functions have effects on SME clients' preferences, by this research, in Mersin province , 400 SME clients have been reached and a survey has been realized. Data obtained from 400 valid questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, regression analysis through correlation analysis. In this research we got how the participants within their banking experience have been effected, which factors are effective on the preferences of choosing a bank at the stage of using credit. By the evaluation of bank preferences, ıt has been concluded that, credibility of the bank, genial personel, fast banking service, high deposit interest, importance after-sale service, good customer portfolio or easy communication with the bank, high limit chance and these reasons are supposed to be the factors of the clients' preferences.
