Abstract (EN)

Since they contain a certain environment in our cells in our body, their life cycles must be terminated by eliminating the duty officers as well as the newly formed cells. Homeostasis buildings for passengers thanks to the complex structure consisting of building steps. Apoptosis is controlled cell death. The body's natural way of life is a mechanism that ensures the survival of the organism. Neurodegenerative and pathological disorders such as cancer occur if cell death is delayed, growth or apoptosis does not occur due to a defect in any cell that may occur in apoptosis cells. The treatment process in cancer reveals the development of drug resistance, the application of therapeutic approaches in more detail and the application of targeted therapies. In this hospital, the air pathology reports of 55 cases with tubular adenoma between January 2021 and January 2022 in the Aksaray University Hospital Medical Pathology archive and 10 colon polyps containing paraffin block containing normal colon lining were retrospectively scanned and included in the study. Immunohistochemical evaluation of Bcl-2, p53, Bax, Caspase 3 viruses, which are apoptotic blades, are the enemies that cannot be predicted by their inaccessible superiors.
