Abstract (EN)

Stress which in today's business world an unavoidable factor confronted by personnel in condition of life, is defined as reaction given by person who exposed to against negative and uncertain cases. Stress generally can lead to different problems including mental fatigue, attention deficit, somatic pains or reluctance to work so stres personal and organizational job performance and jield also cause to be adversely affected. So, the aim of this study is to measure the stress levels of 351 employee working in 5 star hotels, identify the causes of stress and to explore the effects of these causes on their job performances. The stress levels of employees are measured with Mayerson Stress source Scale and a 9 item organizational stres's results scale was used to measure the effects of stress on performance. The data is analysed with using statistical programme (SPSS) and standart deviation, mean, factors, regression, correlation analyses are completed. The analysis result indicated that the stress level of five-star hotel personnel is medium and the level of stress effects individual performance of personel positively. And also according to findings there is negatif correlation between stress and work performance and job satisfaction. Keywords: Stress, Performance, Employees, Accommodation Management
