Quality function deployment application for the accommodation enterprises

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a quality technique that requires interdisciplinary team work that aims to design new and developed products so that it provides focusing on the customer needs. In this research, the arising of the QFD concept, the explanation of the concept and its side concepts, the strong and weak sides of the concepts are explained. An example is given for a three star hotel how to get possible advantages for the enterprises when the QFD the techniques are used at the hotel enterprises in the tourism sector. By using the requirements and needs of the customers of hotel C, a quality house was established and it is decided what kind of a strategy the enterprise should develop.
