Abstract (EN)
Tooth loss can cause problems in the chewing and speech as well as the deterioration in the patient 's facial aesthetics. Although these losses can be rehabilitated with conventional prostheses , patients need to implant supported dentures as the lack of adequate functional status of these prostheses. Osseointegration was originally defined as a direct structural and functional connection between ordered living bone and the surface of a load-carrying implant. Growth factors and recovery molecules relaesed from extracellular matrix are great importance in the process of osseointegration. İn this study we applied CGF (Concentrated Growth Factor) which is obtained from patient's blood centrifugation in socket that prepared for implant placement and implant surface. We proposed that by appliying of CGF in implant cavity and implant surface provide growth factors and healing mediators arrive the area of implant more quickly and process of osseointegration start earlier, thus reduce waiting time for osseointegration process.Twelve patient with tooth loss on maxillary anterior region include in this study. In study group, CGF membrane placed in implant cavity before implant placement and in control group implant was placed with conventional technique. Resonance frequency measurements (RFA) were made by OsstellTM ISQ intraoperatively and on the post-operative 1st week and the following 4th week. We have evaluated the ISQ value differences between the periods. In control group result of measurements, ISQ values were decrease and in study group, ISQ values were slightly increased during four week. Value of measurements between study and control group statistically significant differences was found (p<0,05). According to the result of the study we propose CGF affect dental implant primer stabilization positively.
