Abstract (EN)

Earth is under the influence of the planets and stars while the it is rotating around itself and its axis. For this reason, deformations and plate slips occur due to tectonic movements. For this purpose, accuracy of point positions and time are very important in determining movements. In addition to the accuracy of the point positions, point velocities can also be achieved with high precision. In this thesis study, KAMN CORS-TR station located in Karaman province in the south of Central Anatolia Region and 8 IGS stations were evaluated and Bernese v5.2 scientific GNSS software developed by Bern University of Switzerland was used in the evaluation phase. The interval of 01-18 days of January and June of each year has been selected between 2016-2019 for the KAMN CORS-TR Station. It started on January 1, 2016, and 14 different combinations were created by dividing them into consecutive 5-day combinations. By using 30 sec RINEX data of KAMN station, velocity components were obtained for ITRF96 2005.00 epoch in 7 different periods of 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 and 42 months. Obtained velocity components were compared with the current velocity components published by TKGM, and their significance was examined by performing a statistical test. As a result of the statistical test, it was seen that the results for Cartesian coordinate velocities Vx and Vy were significant starting from the 30-month (2.5-year) period, and the 36-month (3-year) period for Vx, Vy and Vz. As the time increases, the accuracy of the velocities obtained also increases. Therefore, time is very important and it has been concluded that a data length of at least 36 months (3 years) is needed while obtaining velocity components in order to make interpretations in geodetic studies.
