Abstract (EN)

The construction sector in the world and in our country is at the head of the locomotive sectors in terms of economy. The construction sector has been an important role in the country's development and Gross National Product with approximately 250 main sub-items directly connected to it. In addition, the construction sector has a significant share in terms of labor force employment. However, as urbanization rate increases, the need for housing, social life and commercial areas increases rapidly. Cost analysis is important for both investor and user depending on safety, aesthetics and economic optimization while constructing structures for this need continues. For this reason, modeling of the structures in the project planning stage including the static assessment with time planning will also minimize the problems that may occur during the manufacturing process. In this context, the concept of "Building Information Modeling" (BIM) comes to the fore due to the developing computer technology. A building project generally consists of a combination of architectural, static, mechanical, and electrical projects. The main theme of the BIM concept is based on the separated modeling of these projects items in a common area to allow a more detailed examination of the intersection points. The concept of Building Information Modeling offers not only the modeling of all aspects of construction in the computer environment, but also the opportunity for all project and application stakeholders to make a common assessment on the system. Therefore, structure information modeling generally refers to a process. Within the scope of this thesis, the project was designed with the building information modeling approach of Kayseri, İncesu, TOKI Saraycık Houses. In the sample structure, where the clash detection was made, the structure information modeling process was investigated for more economical and faster feasibility f the system. In this thesis, the importance of using the method of building information modeling in terms of efficiency and costs has been demonstrated. This method is intended to create awareness for architects, engineers, contractors and investors.
