Abstract (EN)
You live in the environment, you meet your needs from the environment. The changing and evolving living conditions and standards in the world have also shaped the needs of humanity. Increased demands were tried to be met from sources, which led to unconsciously consuming natural resources. In the rest of this unconscious consumption, the environment that has caused damage to the environment has started to threaten the life of its inhabited environment for various reasons. One of the reasons for this situation is the construction activities that, without a doubt, make up the structure of the environment. The consumption of natural and natural resources is also accelerated in parallel with the ever-increasing housing. The cause of the study is that it has created negative pressure on the environment and ecology and has led to various environmental problems. As a result, the expectations of the dwellings must change and existing housing stocks should be expected to participate in this change. It is to ensure that buildings are converted into 'undemolished' residential housing with sustainable parameters from design to demolition, thinking about national interests, having high efficiency and low environmental impact. At this point, the goal of the study is to provide an approach to sustainable and intelligent qualifications without being destroyed by the 'Smart Model proposal in transition from Mevcut to sustainability', prepared by examining examples of housing stocks, world samples and by scanning foreign resources.
