In order for the cooperative partners to achieve their goals that can be summarized as developing their personal economies, the partners must have certain rights and be subject to certain obligations. In the Cooperatives Law numbered 1163, the rights, liabilities and obligations of the cooperative partners are arranged substantially in accordance with the nature of the cooparative. In the present study, the rights, debts and obligations that are mentioned in the name of benefiting from cooperatives are examined in the light of the principles of cooperatives.
