Özet (EN)

In this thesis, a low density (370-440 kg / m3) foam concrete, which can be used as the building material, which can be used as energy and environmental protection feature and especially for the exterior walls of the buildings, has been produced by heat and sound insulation. The samples were prepared by using portland cement, fly ash, fine sand, hydrogen peroxide and chemical additives. In the first stage of the study, pretest casting was performed. Samples were produced here at desired concentrations but the compressive strength of 1.5 MPa which is specified in TS 13655 was not reached. In the second stage, fly ash was added to the mixture in 0-20-25-30-35-40 % respectively. It was observed that the fly ash additive had an effect on increasing the strength values of the foam concrete samples and an increase in the pressure strength values was proportional to the unit weight values. In order to observe the effect on the mixing water as a final stage, the superplasticizer additive was added to each batch in order of no additive (Control series), 800 g and 1000 g respectively. At the end of the examination flow values, proper flow (less than two minutes) was occured in the samples wich have SA additive. In the mixture which does not consist SA additive, flow time was exxeeded two minutes and showed " intermittent flow ". As the flow times decreased, a more stable settling and a homogeneous mixture were provided to improve the strength.
