Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of different cultivars and growing systems on the yield and quality of strawberries grown in Korkuteli district of Antalya were investigated. For this aim, in this research conducted between 2019-2021, Albion, San Andreas and Portola strawberry cultivars were used as trial materials, and open air and protected cultivation systems were used as growing techniques. In the experiment, frigo seedlings of three different strawberry cultivars (Albion, San Andreas and Portola) were planted in both cultivation systems (open air and low tunnel) on March 20, 2019, and two-year production was carried out. During the vegetation period, phenological (first flowering, first harvest, first stolon date), morpho-physiological (stem diameter, leaf numbers, leaf chlorophyll index, stolon numbers), pomological features (fruit weight, fruit firmness, total solubles solid content, yield per plant and some biochemical properties of fruits (titratable acidity, vitamin C, total phenolic content, total anthocyanin content) were determined.
