Abstract (EN)
SMEs, which cover a significant part of the Turkish economy and are the physical state of the economy, continue their existence as structures that can easily adapt to change and competition in today's life. Despite the differences in their economic dimensions and structures, the opportunities they offer countries, especially in production and production development, will be of great importance for both developed, developing and underdeveloped countries. In this respect, SMEs are an important indicator of economic vitality as they have an extremely important place in country economies. It is a fact that the financial support offered by the government to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) makes great contributions to the country's economy. In this way, personnel recruitment creates a significant impact by increasing employment. These positive effects should be taken into account and more efforts should be made to encourage SMEs and support their growth. SMEs are one of the cornerstones of the country's economy and their growth makes a permanent contribution to the general economy. KOSGEB has recently started to present important projects related to entrepreneurship. This figure has encouraged and encouraged many entrepreneurs to establish businesses. Over time, it has developed support programs aimed at increasing the level of added value creation of entrepreneurs. Thanks to these support programs, women make significant contributions to the entrepreneurship culture. Recently, innovation, innovativeness and entrepreneurship methods have begun to develop intensively together today. KOSGEB is determined to continue its story of being the leader of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, considering the wealth and rich world economy from today. Organizational structure is one of the building blocks and most important elements of businesses because the organizational structure has the potential to facilitate information management. Organizational structure is a system of formal duties and authority relationships that controls how people coordinate their actions and use resources to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to examine the organizational change of enterprises receiving KOSGEB support. The number of departments of the enterprises, organizational structure, number of employees, institutionalization level, financial structure and other factors will be taken as basis. The situation of the enterprises receiving KOSGEB support before and after receiving support will be compared in detail. And what change there was in the organizational structure after KOSGEB support will be investigated. . This study consists of two theoretical and application parts. The sample of the research is the enterprises receiving KOSGEB support in the Tr-81 region. In the first stage of the study, a detailed literature study will be conducted for the enterprises receiving KOSGEB project-based support. In the second stage, the change in the organizational and financial structure of the enterprises receiving KOSGEB support will be examined and detailed information will be given. In the third application part, a survey will be conducted with the companies receiving support in the t81 region and the organizational and financial structure of the companies before and after receiving support will be analyzed in detail. In the last section, the effects and contributions of KOSGEB project-based supports on the organizational and financial structure of businesses will be stated, based on literature study and application data.
