The aim of this thesis is to present the mosques with domes, which form important part of the sacral heritage of Kosova's after its conquest from Ottoman Empire. These mosques have played a vital role in growth of cities during the ottoman period. They were erected where the open market was, hence, serving as a nucleus for the urban development. Today in Kosova, there are eleven examples of mosques with domes still preserved in their original form. An extensive research of the before mentioned mosques was carried out. By analyzing the mosques, we brought light to their condition today. Because of the social-political reasons and wars, these monuments, with time have witnessed damages. We explained the repairs and changes of the structures as well. These mosques continue to speak as part of cultural and religious diversity in the territory of Kosova.
