Abstract (EN)
migrants who migrated from deliorman region, that was under Romania and joined bulgaria after 1941, in 1934 to Elazig's Kovancilar province and the locals who lived there, with Turkey Turkish. The basis of the study is the compilation based on verbal material. For the compilation, we did voice recordings with the migrants and the locals who we picked that didn't lose their accents and asked them a set of questions. We excluded the problematic scripts that arose from the phsical environment and the reporter. We meticulously wrote down the remaining 37 scripts by using the transcription alphabet. This study that we named as Kovancılar dialect consists of Introduction, Review, Scripts and Dictionary. In the introdution we provided information about the population, history, climate, and geography of Kovancılar. In the review section, we tried to give detailed information about phonetics and morhoplogy on the compiled scripts. In the scripts section, we translated the 37 scripts we compiled by using the transcription alphabet. Of those scripts that we compiled, we listened to the first 8 scripts from the migrants and the rest from the locals. In the dicitonary section we provided explanation on the local words that takes place in the compiled scripts.
