Abstract (EN)
Economic growth and development is an important phenomenon for all economies, especially developing countries. The growth approaches of the established neo-liberal economy bring along various economic problems such as poverty, income distribution disorder, environmental pollution and cycle crises. In this context, the need for alternative growth models seems to have increased. Inclusive growth can be basically defined as growth by involving all layers of the population in economic activity. For this, equal opportunity, free market, providing a healthy competitive environment and eliminating exclusionary factors are important. In economics, institutions are important elements in ensuring inclusive growth. Institutions, in order to provide an economic environment with broad participation; It contributes to inclusive growth if it operates in line with the objectives of ensuring a healthy competitive environment, eliminating exclusionary factors, supporting disadvantaged groups and ensuring equal opportunities. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), both economic size and the number of enterprises, employment and export volumes needed as they provide dismissal Turkey has a place in the economy. It is important for the economy of the country that SMEs can work healthy and support their investments and activities. It is known that the prominent problem of SMEs is access to finance. SMEs that cannot provide collateral for credit are subject to the effect of financial exclusion. Credit guarantee institutions come into play at this point and contribute to their access to financial opportunities with the bail support they offer to SMEs. Sole credit guarantee institutions operating in Turkey Credit Guarantee Fund (CGF). CGF support this thesis, the effect on the economy of Turkey in the context of inclusive growth is examined.
