Abstract (EN)
In this study; the types of refrigeration cycles, their characteristics, in which cases they are used and how the cycle is realized are examined; Thermodynamics, exergy and exergy analysis are shown and how they are applied on cryogenic cycles is shown with equations. In addition, energy, exergy and performance analysis of two-stage recuperator vapor compression cascade cryogenic cycle for natural gas liquefaction are performed and optimum operating conditions are shown in the form of tables and curves. It is concluded and shown that the type of working fluid and compressor pressure have very important effects on performance.
