Abstract (EN)

In an economy emerging suddenly and unexpectedly leads to negative consequences for the economic crisis. Previously only limited to countries in crisis due to the economic crisis of globalization since the 1990s, especially under the influence of the environment in the countries of import feature exhibits. Especially with the economic policies implemented after the crisis, aims to reduce the effects of the crisis in the national economy. These policies are assessed in the context, which is also an element of fiscal policy, investment incentive policies remains an important factor in the fight against crises.Increasing emphasis on the importance of fiscal policy measures taken for the crises of the investment incentive policies is manifested throughout the history of the Republic. Contractionary to expansionary policies in times of crisis as well as the investment incentive policies implemented abandoned. Also recently, the economic variables in terms of a positive effect on the quality of investment incentive policies have been implemented increaser. In this thesis, in our country in 1994, November 2000, February 2001 and 2008, the investment incentive policies applied in times of crisis by taking out a study on the effects of these policies on economic variables were selected.
