Abstract (EN)

SUMMARY Aim We aimed to study retrospectively, viral suppression rates in patients who use Tenofovir with in chronic hepatitis B infection. Material and method We reviewed 117 chronic Hepatitis B patinets and compared HBV DNA, ALT and AST, HBeAg, AntiHBe, HBsAg,AntiHBs levels at 1., 3., 6., 9. and 12 months after the start of Tenofovir treatment. Results We compared first, third, sixth, ninth, twelfth month levels of HBV DNA. At third month, HBV DNA level dropped more than 1 log10. There were non unrespondes patient at third month HBV DNA levels of patinets at sixth month was sgnificantly lower than pretreatment levels(p <0,05). Mean level of AST and ALT of the beginning, third and sixth month were compared. Sixth month AST and ALT levels were significantly lower then pretreatment levels. HBsAg and AntiHBsAg status of study patinets was also compared. All of the patients were negative for AntiHBsAg at the beginning. At ninth mounth 1 patient became AntiHBsAg positive serologically. HBeAg status of study patients at the first months and twelfth mounths were compared 54 out of 62 HBeAg positive patinets became serologically anti HBeAG positive at twelfth mounth of treatment. Conclusion As a result of Chronic Hepatitis B is because there is no resistance in patients treated with Tenofovir. Patients with AST, ALT, HBV DNA levels have been meaningful statistical olark decline. HBsAg and HBeAg serokonversiyonunda desired values accuracy . To do this, you need a wider in the series.
