Quantum leadership understanding of school administrators on the motivation of teachers and their effect on organizational intelligence

The aim of the study is to examine the significance of quantum leadership understanding of school administrators on the motivation of teachers and their effect on organizational intelligence. 200 administrators and 400 teachers participated in the study. Data were collected by using demographic questions, Organizational Intelligence Scale, Motivation Scale and Quantum Leadership Scale. Data were analyzed by using Independent Samples T-test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Analysis. As a result of the research, it was determined that there was a positive correlation between the quantum leadership concept of administrators and teachers and organizational intelligence and work motivation. In addition, there was a positive correlation between organizational intelligence and job motivation. According to the findings, it was observed that the ratio of male and female individuals were higher among managers. According to the findings, teachers 'perception of quantum leadership about managers, managers' perceptions of quantum leadership towards them, organizational intelligence, adaptation to changing situations, effective communication and action with stakeholders, perception of promptness in response, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation and business motivation levels are higher than administrators. however, it was determined that the level of creativity and perception were less than that of imagination and imagination.
