Capital market regulations for overcaming the financial problems of small and medium-sized

ABSTRACT This study aims to present some alternative solutions for the problem of finance that emerges as the main problem in Small and Medium Scale Enterprises. As an alternative solution, the possibility of providing funds through capital market for such enterprises is also examined, tn the framework of such data some recommandations are expressed for the unadequacy of present capital market and improvements for it. After the emphasis on the economical importance of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises the advisible reforms in capital market for the solutions of such financial problems are also mentioned.
