The methods of qirâ'ât imams of Kufa and its comparison

This study is about the recitation methods of Kûfa recitation imams and the comparison of these methods among themselves. This study is not limited only in terms of its subject, but the concepts related to the science and education of recitation are also discussed. It is of great importance to obtain information about the location of Imam Âsim in the Kûfa region and the readings of other imams in the same region in choosing the subject. In the study, the methods of the Kûfa school of recitation were discussed separately and the differences in the reading of the imams and narrators in this region were tried to be determined. At the end of the study, farsh differences are also briefly mentioned. In this way, it was aimed to reveal how similar the farsh differences are to the method differences in terms of the use of imams. The study consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction, the subject, purpose, importance, method and sources of the study are discussed. In the first part, the science of recitation is discussed and some concepts related to it are mentioned. In addition, the seven letters-reading relationship and the subject of the procedure are emphasized. In the second part, the shaping process of the Kûfa school is discussed and Kûfa recitation imams and narrators are included. In the last part, the reading features of the imams of Kûfa recitation are mentioned and these reading features are compared among themselves. The study ends with the conclusion section, which includes the results reached.
