Confrontation with "the user" concept: A research on its projection to law

Abstract (EN)
As of 2017, although the impacts of reticular coverage of human environment are increasingly sensible, there is no consensus that the reticular coverage is not a tool but an environment. Within the frame of inclusive net, observing that the speed and the human relation create tension in terms of legal accumulation requires not only understanding commensurately the necessity of new conception of environment, but it requires also the ability to explain the transformation of human definition. Understanding the concept of -user-, which is the strongest reflection of this transformation, therefore -userization-, is not possible only with following the awareness of reticular coverage. In reticular existance, human is one thing, -user- is another and to understand of grid behind -user- concept requires following the critical thinking path. This study was prepared in such a journey in order to be able to meet important intersections in terms of legal accumulation.
