Özet (EN)

This study is based on the extramural cemetery of Küllüoba Mound, which is one of the settlements that best yields the EBA layers of Western Anatolia, dated to the EBA I Period, and inside the settlement (AG-22/AI-14 Plansquares) for comparison. It includes the examination of archaeobotanical samples taken. The thesis study aims to reveal the range of plants used economically, to reveal the ritual activities that can be evaluated in the archaeobotanical context of the data in the cemetery, and to reveal the similarity of plant use in the cemetery and the settlement. Most of the economic plants consist of grains (Poaceae). Six-row barley (Hordeum vulgare), einkorn wheat (Triticum monococcum), and emmer wheat (Triticum dicoccon), which are evaluated within the framework of hulled wheat, represent plant residues in the bread wheat (T. aestivum/durum) cereal family. In the legume family, lentils (Lens culinaris), peas (Pisum sativum), and black peas (Vicia ervilia) are the most common legume species.
