Wedding as a cultural and contemporary Turkish official task force to reflection

After the contemporary Turkish painting turned to its suitable form in terms of west, the artists who went abroad stated their different emotions and feelings under the affect of European education. After this process, the artists faced with the depression of identity and originality in Turkish painting and they synthesised the western techniques with these subjects without conceding Anatolian folk culture and they produced works reflecting cultural values. The artists who give place to cultural themes in Turkish painting, they handled visual values of the geography they live and the social life together with the concepts of metamorphosis and transformation. They also produced rich vision and expression styles and appealed to taste of next generations. So a population is created who knows the values of the world he lives in and this population is aware that the tradition that tend to lose live in the paintings of the artists. Anatolian people who believe the holiness of marriage make a celebration with a public ceremony called "wedding" and they expect the people they love to witness this historical event. In this ceremeony it is certain that cultural values stand out and the applications which differ according to regions enrich the ceremony. When the subjects that are held by artists are analysed under the concept of wedding, it appears that color setups which are catchy , and which tranfrom into forms and shapes aestetically are highly important. No matter which movement , style or shape they are cratead, these works that are kneaded with the artist sensitiveness are concrete values to be transfered to next generations.
