Expriences of primary school teachers about their work in the place where they are are unfamiliar with its culture and language

The aim of this thesis is express diffuculties of primary school teachers who dont know the local culture and spoken languages in Mardin while they performing their duties in thier work and social life. With this purpose how do they adopt their new life when they arrive to Mardin,how do they performing their work in education of students whose mother tongue is not turkish , how do they comunicate with students parents who are not good at education language, do they have problem with local tradesman, do they have diffuculties in their social life while they live in Mardin, and effects of socio-cultural psychology between their homeland and Mardin has been researched. In this work , primary teachers who have no knowledge about local culture and spoken languages in the area expressed that most of the students start school without knowing turkish language and that causes a lot of diffuculties both for the the teacher and students at the begining of education.Beside that teacher must spent so much effort and lose so much time during teaching. They also expressed that their occupation is completly different from occupation in the west and sometimes that situation can be so unbearable for them.
