Abstract (EN)

Information Quran has given a great importance and has been read the first order. As a result, Islamic civilization has become the information civilization. Human and society constitutes one of the main topics of the Quran. In this regard, to give direction to people and society, information with regard to the formation of cultures and civilizations, has an important place. And will save human society from collapse, it will pave the way, to show the truth of life and the eternal homeland and is an important means of information to guide us in all areas. In this study, the construction of the civilization of knowledge, we have endeavored to show that it is one of the most important means by which society and the development of property in the spiritual sense. When addressing the subject knowledge, rather than the result of the examination are accurate and ethical use of semantic knowledge, we have tried to prove that give direction to the knowledge society. Introduction and the first part of this thesis consists of three parts drawing attention to the material and spiritual development, we have stressed that the development of a two-way process. In the second part of the human relationship information, the sources of information, we have discussed the correct and ethical use of information. In the third section examining the relationship information society, knowledge in community development, we have stressed that a mechanism has a duty driving force. Moving from the Qur'an that the Prophet sent to fix the moral structure of society, we also aim to show that they can contribute to materiaol progress of society.
