Exegesis of the verses in the Qur'an including compositions meaning "Owners of intelligent"

Intelligent is the most important characteristic of human beings. With intelligent, he can distinguish good from evil and right from wrong. Man is distinguished from other beings because he has a intelligent. For this intelligent, he/she was made responsible. Those who are aware of this responsibility are called "owners of intelligent". There are four such expressions in the Qur'an. These are "ulu'l-albâb, ulu'l-absâr, ulu'n-nühâ, zû hijr". They mentioned in fifteen suras and twenty-three verses. The fact that the concepts of "lub, besar, nuha, hijr", which constitute these compositions, acquire the meaning of intellect is due to their strong connection with the intellect. The word "lub", which means essence, expresses intelligence. "Besar", which means seeing, is like the eye of the intellect, with which it grasps the truth of what it sees. "Nuha", which means restraint, is the boundary stone of the intellect, reminding it of its limits when it comes to the forbidden zone. "Hijr", which also means a barrier, acts as a wall built around the reason, preventing it from making mistakes and committing sins. The people who are expected to transform these functions of the intellect into action are the owners of reason mentioned in these four compositions. Our study consists of the exegesis of the verses in which four phrases meaning "the owners of reason" occur. There are interpretations of these phrases meaning "owners of intelligent" in the works of tafsir written to date. We have tried to mention as many of them as we could reach in our study. It is understood that the wise people mentioned in these verses are believers, people who understand the message in matters that they are asked to do or not to do, and who are sincere in fulfilling what they understand.
