Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study, which we have covered with the title of "Exemplary Events Experienced by Past Peoples in the Qur'an (Noah, Ad, Thamud and Lot Tribes)", is to re-read these verses that tell about the stories of Noah, Ad, Thamud and Lot tribes described in many surahs in the Qur'an, reflect on the events and learn lessons from these historical events to the present day and take lessons. In this context, the introduction consists of two main sections and the conclusion of our study; In the first part, the meanings of lughat and istilah will be examined in detail by considering the concept of story and lesson, and the verses in which the word lesson is mentioned will be explained by quoting the famous tafsir. In addition, the reasons for the destruction of past peoples will be mentioned. In the second part, the exemplary events that happened to the people who were told about in the Qur'an, who were sent a messenger or a prophet, but denied them and denied them, will be examined in the light of the verses and hadiths and detailed information about the subject will be given. In the conclusion section, the lessons that we should draw from the events that happened to the past tribes in the light of the topics described in detail in the first and second sections will be summarized with a general assessment.
