Özet (EN)

Qur'ân informed that male and female who has sexual desire were created to calm down each other and told that there is love between them. As a consequence this calmness and love of the intimacy, it is important to know that who has this child. Qur'ân also banned the blending of the descendants and informed that it would be possible to have children but only through halal means. Qur'ân banned the ways which cause adultery from non-legitimate ways and expressed as immodesty, also talked about the types of adultery like lesbians and buggery. Qur'ân brought certain regulations for the protection of people's body, chastity, and generation, In this contex, It explained clearly the penalties for adultery offenders and adulteries thrown into chaste Muslims. The Qur'ân also informed us that a society who commited buggery, which is described male to male sexual intercourse, was destroyed in mass. The Qur'ân appointed the punishment of adultery which we assessed within the scope of sexual crimes is as stick. With it is fixed with the hadiths that some of the Muslims and Jews were stoned by the Prophet Muhammad. In this research, it is studied buggery, lesbian and kazf a kind of adultery which are accepted as cardinal sins and their punishments, also it is explained the crime of adultery and other crimes committed in other religions and penal practices. It is presented separately the opinions of exegetes on the verses which include these crimes and the provisions of the imams of the sect concerning the implementation of the relevant offenses and penalties.
