Abstract (EN)
Our study consists of an introduction, two main parts and a conclusion. "Hak and Batil" are phenomena that are referred to in quite a lot of verses of the Qur'an and that distinguish between right and wrong, good and bad, justice and oppression, etc. This study deals with Hak, Batil, rulership, the terms expressing rulership, the relation of Hak and Batil, characteristics of rulers associated with Hak and characteristics of rulers associated with Batil. After the introduction in the first chapter named "The term of Hak and Batil in the Qur'an Al Karim" the dictionary, term and close meanings of the terms Hak and Batil are examined. Also, the definition of the terms Hak and Batil in the Qur'an, as well as the relation between these two terms are analyzed. In the second chapter named "Rulers in the context of Hak and Batil" however, the characteristics of rulers associated with Hak and the characteristics of rulers associated with Batil are clarified. Finally, in the concluding chapter it is attempted to evaluate the relation between conceptual research about the terms Hak and Batil and the characteristics of rulers.
