Abstract (EN)

According to the Qur'an, man is the vicegerent of Allah on earth. Allah (c.c.) has created many blessings for mankind to survive and benefit on earth. One of the basic needs for human beings to survive is the need for food. People benefit from these blessings offered to them in various ways. In the Qur'an, Allah explained the things like food and drink that are beneficial and harmful to people, and declared the provisions regarding them as halal and haram. Food and beverages determined by Allah as halal or haram are binding on all believers in the same way. A person's sensitivity towards halal and haram determines his dedication and sensitivity in piety. In this study, the halal and haram foods in the Qur'an are discussed. The foods that Allah has made halal and wanted to be used as sustenance and the foods that Allah has made haram and not for the benefit of people have been evaluated in terms of the relevant tafsirs. Keywords: Qur'an, tafsir, halal, haram, tayyib, malign.
