What we see today in terms of the abundance of illusions and intellectual deviations that plague the means of communication and societies impose on us and on Muslim scholars to clarify the truth, respond to suspicions, and show methods of persuasion to non-Muslims and Muslims. It is necessary to address contemporary issues, the most important of which is the response to atheists, and the best answer is from the Book of God Almighty. Human society, in its cognitive dimension, is a mixture of different, sometimes conflicting, ideas and beliefs. The term atheism and its synonymous terms are considered one of the important concepts in the Qur'anic knowledge network. It is necessary to follow the correct method in dealing with people who hold beliefs that contradict and are contrary to our beliefs, in order to achieve correct relationships and a healthy life in the Islamic community and in the international arena. The Holy Qur'an, the heavenly book that has not been subject to distortion, was revealed in order to guide people and meet their needs in every era, especially in our current era. Since atheistic thinking in the modern era has caused dire intellectual and behavioral consequences in the social arena, especially in the beliefs of the new generation, and has led to mixing truth with falsehood, we have sought in this article - which follows the descriptive and analytical approach - to clarify the methods of the Holy Qur'an in dealing with the phenomenon Atheism in light of its verses in the scientific and practical dimension, and we have concluded that the approach of the Qur'an in dealing with dissenters and atheists in the scientific dimension is dialogue and behavior, calling to Islam, introducing the facts, contemplating the system of creation, and warning, and in the practical dimension it is dealing with kindness and courtesy. , threats, rejection, prohibition of loyalty and friendship, and deprivation of participation in social fields. I divided the research into three chapters, in each chapter three sections, then a conclusion and results.
