Özet (EN)

The concept of security differs according to the time and place, with the elements it has in international discipline. During in the Cold War period, energy security was the military-oriented and border. However the security approach much more expanded the scope of political, social, economic and environmental security threats in the post-Cold War era. With the rapid growth of demand in the last century, the energy whıch became and power indicator and economic develepment of the countries. The energy has also emerged some security risks and threats in all processes from the availability of energy to the ultimate consumer access, from the market to the sustainable resource management. Therefore, it has an important place in the concept of security. In this context, the Middle East which is of geostrategic and geopolitical importance with its oil, natural gas reserves and commercial connection routes, is the stage of power struggles of the states. The emerging resource conflict emerging in order to keep the energy resources and energy transmission routes under control has made the region very unstable. These circumstances not only threaten the security of people living in the region and future generations, but also lead to global security problems.
