Abstract (EN)
Humans are not the only problem with global climate change. But man is the most responsible. The environment has been subject to negative impact for centuries. While this effect was natural before the Industrial Revolution, it gained an artificial quality after the Industrial Revolution. Negative environmental effects accelerated by various human activities, caused global catastrophes. Humanity, aware of the global climate change it causes, has tried to produce solutions and take measures at the international level. Global climate change adversely affects many areas. But the place of agriculture among these areas is important. Because there is a mutual relationship between agriculture and global climate change. Agriculture is affected by global climate change. On the other hand, Inputs and outputs(such as greenhouse gas emission, pesticide use) in agricultural production have a negative impact on global climate change. Also, agriculture, it is also important within the scope of food security. When the interrelationship between global climate change and agriculture is considered, the importance of agricultural production compatible with climate change is understood. In order to achieve this, modern agricultural practices should be used in agricultural production. The aim of the study is to discuss global climate change and the measures taken at the international level. Next, to discuss the relationship between agriculture and global climate change. Finally, it is to address modern agricultural practices compatible with global climate change. For this purpose, a literature review on climate change was first conducted. Then, on global climate change and agriculture, literature review and the accumulation of experts were consulted. Finally, the studies and literature on modern agricultural practices compatible with climate change were reviewed and agricultural practices were determined within the scope of the study. As a result of the collected data, modern agricultural practices suitable for climate change were used in the study. As a result, global climate change is an environmental disaster and affects all living things. Agriculture occupies an important position within the scope of global climate change. Since agriculture is dependent on climate, it is directly affected by climate change. But agriculture is also among the factors that cause global climate change. Environmentally harmful inputs used in agriculture and greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture accelerate climate change. Therefore, the role of agriculture in the context of adaptation to global climate changeis important. However, in order to make more environmentally friendly agricultural production, modern and green agricultural production practices should be implemented.
