Abstract (EN)
Through the economic, cultural, political and social outcomes of globalization, the concepts of migration and labor are among the leading issues that evolve individuals' lives. Migration phenomenon, which is one of the indicators of social structure change, is one of the factors that affect countries positively or negatively according to the purpose of realization. Because of geopolitical situation, Turkey is the place which has duty of connecting Asia and Europe like bridge. With this connection, Turkey constantly hosts individual, mass migration and even organizational migrations. According to the owned rights and immigration policies, Republic of Turkey gives trusted country impression to every immigrant since established date. The Syrian migration since 2011 under the influence of the Arab Spring has become a movement that has affected almost the entire world. This movement, which started with temporary and individual migrations in the beginning, has changed its place to limitless and structure of unified migrations. In this study, Syria migration that causes a new cosmic structure in Turkey were examined. Socio-economic data of Syria migration between 2011 and 2019 were evaluated in this study. Case study based on the results of the survey using coding technique and contribution processes of the Syrian migrants in Manisa province were examined in this study.
