Sustainable use of soil and water under the source needs balance in a globalized world

With the increase in production during the industrialization process, products became cheaper, people reached prosperity and the population began to be concentrated in the cities. The relationship between nature and society is almost severed due to the point of view based on "unlimited use of natural resources for human welfare", nature has become an exploitable object. Decreasing the depletion of natural resources over time has led to developments that will cause global environmental disasters. Our study will focus on global environmental issues and solutions to them. Towards this, methods for renewable energy will be analyzed within the scope of sustainability and the measures to be taken today for future world prosperity will be assessed. The need for renewable energy sources to overcome the risks of food security, the well-being of communities and ecosystems will be discussed. The main objective of this study is to determine the necessary sustainability management of soil and water, taking into account the consequences of global environmental problems in a world with limited natural resources. With this study, studies carried out in our country to ensure the sustainable management of soil and water have been reviewed and recommendations for the future have been made. The environmental problems that arise in our world at the end of globalisation, will present some ideas on what can be done to manage the resources needed for the efficient use of land and water resources in our world, where existing assets are declining day by day. This study will focus on the importance of identifying the issues that may arise in the implementation of opinions presented in advance. In this context, proposals were made to reduce the soil footprint and water footprint. In this study, management proposals needed to be implemented on national and international platforms to achieve the objectives of land and water in line with the "Sustainable Development Goals" set by the United Nations have been made.
