A study on opportunity inequality and income inequality in Turkey within the framework of globalization

The opportunity and income inequality brought about by the globalization process come before us as elements that countries implement policies on in order to reduce. In addition to the reasons affecting the globalization process, the factors that play a role in the formation of opportunity and income inequality have been tried to be looked at from an economic, political and social point of view. In the second part of the study, the process of globalization and income inequality and inequality of opportunity in the world to have an impact on the level of published internationally in order is found to be at the level of indicators, indices, and it is tried to evaluate the current situation within the framework of the articles. In the study, the qualitative research technique method was used with the PEST analysis method. Among the political factors, expenditures in these areas, especially in education, labor markets, social security and health, were discussed. It has been concluded that it is important that macroeconomic indicators, especially foreign trade, inflation, and the real effective exchange rate, exhibit a stable outlook among economic factors. Among the social factors, education, labor markets and the difficulties faced by women in the education and labor markets were discussed. Among the technological factors, R & D expenditures, the number of employees in the field of R & D, patent applications filed by residents and current developments in the technological field were tried to be evaluated. In this study, it aims to guide the policies to be implemented by identifying the factors that affect opportunity and income inequality brought about by the globalization process. In this respect, the study has the feature of being the first study in the literature to determine the PEST factors for opportunity and income inequality in the globalization process.
