The sociological parameters of alter-globalisation and the alter-globalisation in Turkey

This is the age of transition. It can be claimed to have been breaking point a good deal and sometimes frequently throughout the History. On the other hand, today it is realistic to say that we are in this age when the breaking point in the system or the process is corresponded to systemic development or to evolution process, However when we say the transation, it has to be understood that this is the process of metamorphosis.The behaviour practise in the age of transation is in the process of development in which that the hypothesis will come out in a new level. This Notion, is very coherent in terms of existing perception. Whereas, the sociological reality our way of ? age of transation ? , if it is corresponded to metamorphosis process that is our main parameter, it means we are understanding the process which can cause the social actors behaviours and all of the institutional structure that take us to ascertain the system?s own transformation.Globalization, is a process which is defaulted to create a new transformation in social actors action. The main way of understand this is to find the difference or comparison between the fact that determinating existing action process and the process that triggering and/or determinating process.This work check against the liberal argumantations which claim globalization process must be understood ?transformation? with that the other arguman which claim that globalization is the ?liberal-capitalist? process, and then imperialism is institutionalized.Keywords: Hegemonic Reason, Globalisation, Altermondialisme, Liberal-Capitalist Globalisation, Capital Accumulation.
