Abstract (EN)
Globalization means to become small of the world to narrow of the world and todestroy of borders. Globalization is an inconsistent process which has some negativeand positive conclusions. Globalization is also known as `Metamorfoz of Colonialism?.Poverty is the worst and the most negative conclusion of globalization. Neo-liberalpolitics and new economic practices, which are practiced with globalization, have madericher to rich countries and have made poorer to poor countries. Income of the world hasincreased rapidly with globalization. But this income isn?t delivered equal betweencountries with globalization process and this situation is increasing continuously.Especially in this process, central countries follow structural concordance programswith surroundings countries and these countries can?t pay their debts so they live in debtcrisis. So that in a globalization process; a state, an individual and civilian societyestablishment has a big duty to struggle with poverty. Everything globalizes in theworld and the poverty also globalizes so some precautions are found for poverty inglobalization and these precautions should be in global measure.Key Words: Globalization, Poverty, Neo-liberalism.
