Abstract (EN)

The effects of the beginning of the globalization process were felt in many places. Particularly in the economic sense, the impact workforce, labour market supply and demand for labour, especially the effect of globalization within the labor force. Provide the labor market structurally as labor supply and labor demand. Labor markets with labour migration and other migration concepts seen in create. There are two important factor that causes labour migration. These are the status of the unemployment problem and the imbalance in income distribution. Investigation of necessity of the concept of migration of these situations. Among the immigration types, the concept of brain migration, which should be emphasized by very countries of Turkey and even the world, is remarkable. The brain drain of talented and qualified manpower, highly skilled professional people, is defined as the migration of professionals. Brain migration has very different effects in terms of developing countries and developed countries. These different effects are examined as driving and attractive factors. Brain migration affects the economic, social and cultural dimensions of countries. So many countries have to recognize the situation, the result has been to develop studies for the implementation of relevant policies. However, in most countries is limited to data on the subject. The aim of this study is to give information about the impact of Globalization on Turkish Labor Market and Brain Migration. In this direction, the concept of globalization, labour market, where labour migration, brain drain will be discussed extensively. The brain drain has strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Reviews the last one with the brain drain of Turkey to ignore the threats, weaknesses, opportunities and strengths is more stable in this direction, concentrating on the implementation of policies in improving social welfare, major will inevitably will come true.
